You can request deletion of your Coinsider account directly in the application after signing in.
How to submit a request
- Sign in to Coinsider.
- Open Account Settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm the operation as instructed on screen.
Important information
The request is handled in accordance with applicable law. Selected data may be retained longer where required by law, necessary to prevent abuse, or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
After confirmation, you will see the exact finalization date and time and will be signed out. After the recovery period (30 days, 3 months with PRO), the system will automatically and irreversibly delete the account and associated content, including coins, images, private reports and publications. Before the displayed deadline, you may sign in and cancel deletion in Account Settings. Afterwards, only de-identified transaction evidence or data legally required to be retained may remain.
The request will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.
For 30 days (3 months with PRO), the account can be restored with its Coinsider Coins balance. Unused purchased scans are converted to Coinsider Coins 1:1. After permanent deletion, private data and collections do not return. We strongly recommend turning off renewal in Apple first; account deletion does not itself cancel the subscription or create a refund. While the subscription remains active, “Restore purchases” on a new account recovers the remaining term and exactly the unused paid Coinsider Coins, without another bonus.
reportaproblem.apple.comPhotos of Coinsider Snap coins are stored only on your devices. After the account is deleted, the app removes them from the device on which the account was deleted: at once for an immediate deletion, and for a deletion with a recovery period once the server confirms the permanent deletion, or earlier if you choose so. On other devices where the account was used with an app version that supports this, the photos are removed after that confirmation at the first start with an internet connection; devices without internet and older app versions do not remove them. Iron Vault files and Coinsider Snap backups saved outside the app stay with you.
If you use Sign in with Apple, Coinsider records a request to revoke the provider authorisation. If the platform does not expose a token for automatic revocation, also remove Coinsider access in your Apple Account settings after deletion. You may similarly revoke access in your Google Account settings.
